1. What type of food service options do you offer?

We can provide you and your event with our delicious food offerings 3 ways:

  • Full Service Catering – delivered and staffed

  • Dropped Off - delivered HOT & READY to your location

  • Pick-Up - items can be picked up from our Catering kitchen located in the Rusty Rudder restaurant in Dewey Beach, DE

2. So what does Full Service Catering include?

It means just that… Full Service! We will…

  • arrive early to your event and do all of your own set-up

  • bring all of our own equipment, serving pieces, utensils (nothing to rent)

  • provide your event will our experienced staff member(s) to insure everything runs smoothly

  • pack up any remaining leftovers for you and clean-up behind us

3. Do your catering services require a minimum number of guests?

Our full service catering requires a minimum of 50 guests. Our BBQ service requires a 75 pp minimum. Drop-offs and Pick-Ups can be provided for smaller events.

4. How do you book an event?

We make booking your event easy and stress-free. We only require 2 items to secure your event on our Catering Calendar; a completed Event Planning Guide and the required Event Deposit. 5. Are plates, cups, napkins and silverware included in your food packages?

They are not included but a disposable-ware package can be added to your event for an additional $2/pp. This would include large & small plates, cups, napkins and silverware.

6. Do you provide the tables and linens for your food and beverage stations?

No. You would be required to provide all of the tables and linen needed. We require five 6’ banquet tables total…3 for the Food Buffet, 1 for Appetizers/Desserts and 1 for Beverages.

7. Can you provide alcohol for my event?

Yes. We are fully licensed by the State of Delaware for alcohol service at off premise catering events. We have several packages to choose from. We offer everything from a simple champagne toast to full open bars with premium pours and everything in between. All provided by our professional bar staff. Our alcohol licensing is only for the State of Delaware.

8. What about specific dietary needs for my guests?

We can provide delicious food offerings to meet any of your guest’s special dietary needs.

9. When do you need a final head count and when is my final payment due?

Both your final head count and your final payment are due 7 days prior to your event.

10. What about paying gratuities (tips) for the staff working my event?

Staff gratuities are not included in our packages. Where they are not required… they are ALWAYS greatly appreciated.
