Beverage Packages – Notes, Terms & Conditions
Jimmy’s Grille Catering is licensed to provide alcohol service for the State of Delaware.
An 18% service charge will be added to ALL of the beverage packages listed above.
All beverage packages are for a 4 HOUR Open Bar. Additional Hours can be purchased. No cash or per drink bars.
We provide all of the beverages listed in the packages. Any substitutions to be approved by Host. Alcohol provided by the Host is NOT permitted.
The Delaware Alcohol Beverage Commission requires:
All beverages (opened/unused) to be retained by JGC at the event’s conclusion
The venue or host site to submit a letter along with our JGC application to the DACC requesting alcohol service and granting permission to access the venue, if required. Request must be submitted 4 weeks prior to your event for approval.
JGC to card your guests and to NOT serve those without proper ID. We do NOT serve minors and reserve the right to refuse or stop service to ANY guests.
